You may have already seen the commercial for this, but I thought it was worth mentioning since this could significantly cut a family's" out to dinner" budget. Kids under 12 eat free at IHOP from 4-10pm daily. I'm not a huge fan of the dinner menu here, but breakfast is pretty good and they serve it all day.
